We’re looking for an Order Management Coordinator to join our growing team!

AS THE ORDER MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Receiving, auditing, and placing vendor product orders
  • Processing paperwork and managing the order process
  • Handling shipping and receiving
  • Setting the installers’ daily schedules
  • Updating clients on product status, answering questions and managing expectations
  • Taking meticulous notes and communicating important details with the team and clients
  • Continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Ensuring client satisfaction
  • Working in a team environment

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • At least 3 years of top-notch experience in order management and customer service
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfort and ease learning new technology and software
  • Ability to regularly lift/move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily shipping/receiving tasks
  • Preference for an Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field
